The high roast develops dark chocolate and toasted almond notes. Packaged in degassing bags with valves. The robusta content provides excellent caffeine kick. Farmers use sustainable intercropping methods. The beans are rested 48 hours post-roast. Works beautifully in milk-based drinks. The body is heavy and mouth-coating. The finish has pleasant bitter-sweet balance. Traditionally blended with chicory for filter coffee. The dark roast masks any defects in the beans.
